is my Horiri pure chow?

Post by horiri »

Hi mates! I've bought my cute Horiri from an online store here in Philippines. I wonder if he is pure bred because he has drop ears but he has violet tongue. I definitely love him but I just want to know if he is pure bred. Just to give lesson to the seller if my Horiri isn't pure. By the way he is only 3 months.. Here are his pictures.. :D

He is an adorable Pup.
He has all external features of a perfect Chow.
If he is a bit stubborn, intelligent, bit protective and not too easy with strangers, he is as Chow as it gets.
Take good care of him, Chows are special and deserve a caring home.
Best regards

Yes, he looks to be pure chow. Ears can take a while to appear upright, particularly in larger chows, but they are the correct shape.

Thank you for your reply! Hope to see his ears stand few weeks from now! :) The previous owner of him said that he is in abundant line.. :)

My Chestnut had droopy ears like that until 4 months. She is definitely pure chow as I got her from a champion breeder and she came with papers. I look at your horiri's feet and everything else. Looks like a pure chow to me.
