My 2 months old chow pup is not eating.. Help

Hi All,
My 2 months chow pup is not eating. I bought him last Sunday and have him checked by the vet Monday.
When we went back home, I fed him and he ate and drink water.
After 40 mins, he pooped and vomit all the food he ate.
The next day, he is not eating anymore.
What should I do?
