Sheaka chows

Hi guys,
I've been looking for a friendly chow as I have 4 kids at home and love chows. We used to have one pre-kids. Has anyone ever gotten a chow from Sheaka chows? If so, what was your experience? There are not that many breeders around. Last time we got a chow from josol and she was so skittish. Was afraid of everyone, even her own shadow. We took her to puppy classes, I trained her to do tricks, she socialized 3X a day with all kinds of dogs too. She would tolerate the presence of other dogs but always stayed by my side. I am hoping to get a friendlier pup as we have kids now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
