I'm from Poland. My Chow Chow recently died. I'm planning to adopt one this time.

No, I'm afraid you have to buy them. Or you can try to find one in the shelter.

They cost a lot. And it's really hard to find one in shelter. No one wants to get rid of such a beautiful dog
