Thank you everyone for your inputs. We are going to visit the specialist tomorrow. I was right, he is the one on the list over in Mill Valley. LEO is still limping badly when she gets up. This does not stop her from wanting to zoomie or go after the birds  . Her limp is better after a while normally. I got the X-rays from my vet to take w/ us, the front legs from front and side, and also her hips. Was told to not feed her in the morning just in case she needs more X-rays tomorrow. Will update again after the visit. I found out she's got another hotspot on her tail again. She is getting to be a fine specimin of all known ailments in a dog

As for the OFA, I think at 13m/s she is too young? I'm all for submitting her X-rays if I can.

As for neutering, she was spayed in Mid August, when she was 10m/s old. She had her first heat in April.... when she was 5.5m/s old.

Aw, big hugs to sweet Leo. Good luck at the specialist's, I hope you can get some easing of the limping.

She is not too young to send the X-rays to OFA for evaluation, and at her age she has pretty much developed all she is going to in the joints. Check the knees and make sure the limp is not coming from there. Good luck!
