Skin issue?
The Chow pictured is in a Shelter and looks to be in need of grooming. It appears to have a red area on its skin where the fur is parted on the right side in the photo. Could it be a hot spot?

Yeah!!! The Chow in the "Skin issue" post was adopted from the Animal Control Shelter. Nice teeth, hope they found a GREAT home for you!
