Keep paw and belly coat smelling nice..?

Post by trry »

Hello,
Lately in NJ its been raining quite frequently and my chow comes inside with wet paws and his belly fur. I would bring him in and wash his paws then towel and blow dry it but it would not smell as nice, it would smell like moldy water? I was wondering if there is anything shampoo or soap I can use on chow's paw and belly fur without drying skin/fur with excessive use?

Thanks!

I use Chris Christensen Show Off, which is a waterless, no-rinse shampoo.

I live in Nj also. I have min., snzer, we wipe her paws and underside off with anti bact. wipes (she thinks my bed is hers) I've not had my boy chow 24hrs yet. he's a new breed to me so i am hopping that the wipes work for him too.
