shedding a bit after a bath

Hello...my 6 month old chow chow, Simba, gets bathed at a grooming place near my house. He's only been there 3 times and all times, he's shed a bit. Every time I would pick him up after his bath, bits of fur would fly all over the place. Even if I pet him, some of his fur would seem like it's falling off. I mean, it doesn't come off in patches nor does it come off in chunks in my hands but it does seem a lot. Is that normal? Or, should I take him to a different grooming facility?

your groomer isnt doing their job.. they arent combing him enough. seems like they are skimping on the job!

thanks Sinniebunnie...I figured as much. I recently took him again and the shedding happened again. grrrr! I'll know better next time. really appreciate the advice.
