PLEASE HELP

Hey guys! New to the forum here but could really use some help 
Lunar is my little chow (not that little now she's 7 months old)
She appears to be panting alot even when laid down but she seems fine in herself also had her checked over at vets just last week (she's panted for months now) and the vet gave her a good once over and said she's perfectly fit and healthy.
Is there anything I can do to try and ease the panting breaks my heart to hear here like this all time
