scared

hi iam very scared right now. a few years back i lost my princess to lymphoma. it started with a bump on her chest.
well i took molly to the groomer today and when i picked her up they showed me a big marble sized hard blue lump on her chest. molly is 13 and very sweet and i am afraid of lymphoma again. i dont know what to do. last time i went thousands of dollars in debt chemo radiataion anything and everything she lived about 9 months.i dont think i can do that again. i am a senior and really cant afford to take me to the dr. i would really appreciate any thoughts
