Tongue Colour

My almost three year old cream chow chow has had a hard few months.She has had two major operations on her back leg Cruciate/broken shin.She has recovered brilliantly.I am just slightly concerned her blue tongue is 95% pink over recent weeks.Is this stress/diet /heat.Would just like some ideas.I will add she is happy not showing any negative signs.Am I worrying over nothing. Thanks guys.

My Chow is 3 and her tongue has gone from blue to pink to blue again! Now it is pinky blue.
I guess if you think about the breed they must have some pre disposition to pigmentation issues. I wonder as my girl has been through a tough time recently whether there is a connection at all?
My breeder said that she has some of her chows tongues change colour as well over the years and neither her or my vet are concerned about it.
