swollen paw? help!

swollen paw? help!
Hey guys! Just this afternoon, I noticed my chow chow paw's swollen, it's not actually the paw but it looks like something is swollen in between her paw. Has anyone encountered this? I'm not sure if this is related but she's being treated for Ehrlichia and just few days ago her nose has been bleeding, the vet gave her a doxycyline and a kidney supplement. She's just one year old. Thanks
