Stomach issue

I have a 17 year old chow and I am starting to get worried. She is a most the time outside dog we live near Houston. I noticed this morning that her tummy was starting to get very extended, I know she is not pregnant. When I say extended I mean it looks like she swallowed a beach ball. Also she has one of her back boobies that got really big before her tummy got big. I dont know what to do. What could it be I am putting this on here cause I have no idea where to even start if I were to google it. I think she might have worms I am not sure, she is my boyfriends dog and he doesnt even want to know whats wrong with her because he doesnt want her to die but knows its gonna happen. if anyone can help that would be great.

Well not to state the obvious here but rush her to the vet! It could be a million things and most of them not good but at any rate you don't want her to die of something treatable or suffer from something that isn't. Google nor this forum can help her, a vet can and will.
