11 week chow chow health questions

I'm getting an 11 week female chow chow tomorrow and I have a few questions. I was wondering if she will be able to go outside and play/potty. She only received one shot so far, and also how old does she have to be to get spayed? When should she get the rest of her puppy shots? I'm a first time chow owner, and really trying to raise a good and healthy chow. thanks

It's time for the second round of shots soon. Call your local vet and ask him/her how soon. It's a great opportunity to make contact with a vet. Even puppies can have health emergencies, and you won't know where to turn if it happens in the middle of the night. Being prepared means saving precious time, time that might save your dog's life in the event of bloat, for example.
