The search for a better food for Coco.

Post by Coco Chow »

Ok, you all convinced me that we can find better than Royal Canin for Coco...

Solid Gold is not available in France.

I found Orijen and Nutro Choice to be available through a web site though. :D

If I choose to get Orijen, should I get:
-Orijen puppy
-or Orijen puppy large?

If I choose Nutro, should I get:
-Nutro Holistic Care Puppy
-or Nutro puppy lamb & rice
-or Nutro puppy medium chicken & rice
-or Nutro puppy large breed ??

I have no idea what would best for my little chow puppy.
Any help will be appreciated...
Thank you in advance!

I feed the large breed puppy formula as I wanted to protect their joints as much as possible whilst they were rapidly growing.

I personally alternated through different kibble just ensuring that about the last 1/4 of the bag was mixed in to the new one to give them some variety :D

Coco is just so cute!

Thanks Layla!
I'm going to order a bit of both brands to see how she like them.

Today for the first time i added a bit of roast chicken to her plate.
You have NO idea how fast she finished her lunch...

Roast chicken does it everytime for the diva Millie. Sardines are a great one to try as well (just make sure they're packed in water not brine!) Great for them as they're loaded with omega 3's & stinky is ALWAYS good

Coco is so adorable!!!! Both are probaly great foods. I read up on Orijen and liked the way it sounded. I cannot get my lady to eat sardines. I have to give the Omega oil pills. Wrapped in cheese usually.

Oh Coco, if I get another puppy soon, it will be all your fault. You are just so adorable that I am having puppy-itis. I could just squish ya.

I am sending virtual huggies and kissies.
