Duck based kibble?

Post by Tippsy'smom »

Does anyone know of a kibble that is a duck based formula? Jazz has been on TOTW Wetlands formula since September and has done excellent on it. He isn't showing any signs of allergy problems from it, but now that there's been the recall, I need to find something else to feed him (the bag of TOTW that he's almost finished with wasn't affected by the recall, but he only has enough left for the next few days...)... Does anyone know of another food that's got a duck based formula?

Thanks! :) I actually looked into Fromm, but couldn't find anywhere local that carried it and would rather not order online.... So now I've changed him to Blue Buffalo Wilderness Duck. And he enjoys it and so far is doing great on it. SO, fingers crossed.

Glad you found one and sorry I was about as useful as a holey umbrella!! Fingers firmly crossed, Blue Buffalo gets a lot of mentions on forums so it must be popular.

I don't know where you come from but here in England we have a good quality one.

"James Wellbeloved" they do a junior and senior version.

I'm in the USA. I don't believe that's available here. But we're switching Jasper to a ground meat and rice diet.

Acana Duck and Bartlett Pear and Go! Sensitivity and Shine Duck Recipe (for allergic dogs). Protein and fat are low on Go! though. 22% protein and 12% fat. CANIDAE Pure Sky Is grain free with duck and turkey. My chestnuts ultimate favorite.
