Does anyone use Royal canin

Postby Lou_2010 » Thu Jan 27, 2011 3:22 am

Hi

I'm wanting some advice please..

I have been using Royal canin junior 32 just over 12 months now when I had my pup the breeder told me always to add warm water and soak it for 45 mins to let the biscuit swell as if I don't it could possibly twist the my puppies stomach if I give him it dry??? Has anybody heard of this before????? Anyway I'm just in the process of changing his food now he's 13 months I was told to do this gradually; I have changed to Royal canin German Shepard which he seems to love! Could anyone tell me if I need to add any water to this???

Thanks

Louise.xx :D

No, you don't need to add water to it. Feed it to him in small portions (2, 3 meals a day) and make him rest for at least an hour afterwards and you should be fine.
