Halo Dog Food

Has anyone tried this food? Right now we use Canidae and love it but we have heard that this is a good food too. I like to mix his food up every now and then to give him some variety........

I haven't used their food, but I read the book that the woman who started this company wrote, and I think it would be very good. I use her blend of oils to put on my dogs food. You can buy it too, but the recipe was in her book, so I make it myself. I just got the herbal shampoo and ear wash from Halo, but haven't used the shampoo yet. It smells really good though. I'm anxious to use it.

I bought Halo's Spot's Stew Salmon Formula kibble and 2 cans of Spot's Stew Wholesome Lamb as a special dinner in honor of Miss Pooh Bear's Special Day AND she and baby brother, Tigger, love, Love, LOVE the stuff!!! I mixed the dry with the canned. Miss PB even asked for seconds. She never does, ask for seconds. She wants to keep her girlish figure. So paws up for Halo in taste, texture and chow like-ability. But heavy on the pocket book for mom. Thus, they go back on Solid Gold WolfKing.
