I think very negatively of his 'methods' overall. I was directed to his training and the specific site you posted some time back, and am sad to hear if anyone takes on he as a trainer or his methods.

How can anybody advice people to use e-collar??
In Norway thats not allowed. (Thank god)
And a Chow does get aggressive if they don't socialise with other dog.
And never meet other people.
Why does he say that they don't?
That man must be crazy.

As an individual who has only owned "aggressive breeds" and has never ever had an aggression issue, I find his techniques offensive. ALL of my dogs have ALWAYS been socialized and obedience trained. They know their role and place in my house. They are well loved and would never think of being aggressive? Why? Because I have always treated them with respect. He treats rottweilers worse... surf his site... it's sickening. With people like that running around, it's no wonder that governments are trying to ban breeds.

an E-collar is short for electric collar.
I just finished reading that web sight and almost pissed myself laughing.. then I realised he was serious.
everything he mentioned is almost what NOT to do... the more you socialize your chow and the sooner in age, the friendlier he gets... you have to teach them its ok to meet people... and other animals.. heck, my Kahn herds my girlfriends chickens when she wants em in the coop... I guess my respect and love paid off in his training. Now for my silvia.. since she was abused its taking a lil longer to train... but she is finally coming when called and is walking off a leash in yard. i think thats good for only 4 weeks and no e-collar.. lol
