Baby Bear

This is my late Baby Bear, he was a rescue dog. Unfortunately he died 2 years ago and not a day goes by without me missing him. He was the first dog I ever had (just used to have cats before) and I loved him dearly. Just wanted to share his picture with everyone (sorry for the quality, we didn't have a digital camera back then).

Im sorry for your loss. Quite a few of us here understand that feeling, and some of us never really let go. Me being one of them, but I now have Steel who is the love of my life.

Thank you MontanaXman and Chris. Reading the stories on this board gives me hope. I know now it's possible to fall in love all over again and maybe one day I'll be there, too.

Wow how anyone could have given that beautiful boy up I would never know. He is just way way way way too cute. I could see how he could have stolen anyones heart.

The shelter found him running around on Base. He must have run away from home. He was in a terrible condition, losing fur and his teeth needed surgery. It seemed like he must have been abused. He was very scared at first, but after a while he opened up and let us love him.

We are two hours south of atlanta just outside of macon. Which army base are you at?
(I did a little time in the Army back in the day).
