Is Blue full or mix? Opinions and advice?

Hey everyone! New owner here with a precious six month old baby!
I am a new Chow Chow parent, rescuing Blue a few weeks ago.
The site she was registered on had said she was a mix; however during the meeting they said she was pure chow.
Opinions and thoughts on if she is mix, what it could be with?
I also worry about her disposition, she is quite skittish around people and is loud towards both them and other dogs.
As I said I am new to chows and I have never had this breed before so does anyone have advice for a new owner?
