Handsome! My goodness he looks so much like my boy! Down to the darker red ears and the golden red creamish coloring and brown nose.


He's the one on the left, his brother (who has moved to Louisianna so no more play dates) is on the right. They were about a year in this photo

They do look so much a like? We were wondering if he was considered a cream or a red due to his variation of color? He likes other dogs and cats and even her kittens!

Actually I believe it's a variation of cinnamon. It's called fawn? Thats what Ive settled on i think. His line has a variation of creams, reds, and cinnamons so its not surprising i guess. Where are you located?

Maryland. I just find it interesting because so many people I've run into who previously have chows (and attest they're wonderful dogs, but some how managed to get a different breed lol) said they've never seen that color on a chow before. But it seems it's a lot more common than I thought?

Thanks , I just can't get enough of looking at pictures of different chows, there are a beautiful and loyal breed! I just got him as a younger pup than at 5-6 months, not sure how he was treated prior!
