First snow of 2011 here....

We were out yesterday in the new cold (-20 C) as it has been unbelievably warm here the last few months. We just had the first decent snowfall, and even the ducks in the ravines were enjoying all the white. As were all the dog friends from the area, everyone running everywhere, new friends around every corner and over every hill. So I grabbed a shot of Nat along with ShenLung and FengHuang. We hope everyone is starting out the new year well.

Nice picture. Here in Minnesota most people have decided that we've had enough snow though....except for the chows, and skiers....

What a cute pair!!!
Please please please don't be hurt but they both look a little chubby to me! Maybe put them on a Spring diet? The excess weight could damage their joints & shorten their lives, and I know you don't want that!

Don't worry, they are not chubby. That is solid muscle and bone. They both get an immense amount of exercise daily, about 1-2hrs outright running and chasing. Both have become increasingly energetic year by year (3 at present).
