My newly adopted Josh!

Post by Misssaba »

Here is Josh! My newly adopted Chow Chow. He had a rough life and I am determined to offer him love, health and happiness! He may have a couple of years to go but I will make sure he is the happiest! Hopefully he will accept the presence of his new brother Pepe, a nice golden retriever!

It always makes me happy to see the older chows getting a good home. Good job! Please let us know how things go with both boys!

Oh CoraP. Are those the pics of your dogs? I see you have a chow and a golden retriever on one of the pictures! How do they get along ? Thank You!

Yes, they are both our dogs. Dusty is actually a retriever mix, but looks very much like all retriever. They get along very well. When we took Dusty to the rescue to find our new chow, Molly was the only one he really seemed to like! So...she was the one we chose. We've never regretted it!

Thank You Samsonite23! The very first time I saw him, I thought there was a very special energy about him! It's in his eyes... I just got so attached to him, cannot let him go!
He was found in an abandoned hotel, left without food or/and water. Along with a broken joint in one of his rear paw, I also suspect he has hip problems. He could hardly walk and had lost all his hair. From that moment on, I knew I would care for him for as long as he lives! It just makes me feel so good to see him happier and healthier!
