Bramble and her sister
Bramble has found one of her sisters who has won some major prizes at shows already. Of course I think Bramble is nicer. Just thought I would post a few photos of them both.
I could open the door if I wanted to but why keep an owner and open doors yourself!

Cute photos. How nice to be able to keep track of a littermate!
Re: Bramble and her sister
They are both very pretty girls. How is Bramble doing now?
Thanks so much Sweetpea, you're a star!

Oh the pretty sisters!
I love the picture of your chow with her brush...
Does Bramble have a nickname by the way?

Re: Bramble and her sister
My husband calls her Bumble because she is always bumping into things and opens the doors by running full tilt at them and whacking them with the top of her head. She also gets called Brams and Bramishy. I don't know if you have Brambles (blackberries) in the US or not. An edible berry that grows in the hedgerows. We call them Brambles in Scotland.
Brambles legs are a bit better Rowlee. She can walk with only a bit of a limp but as both legs are affected it is difficult to know how bad it is. But last night for the first time for about six weeks she put one leg out behind her when she lay down. Only for a minute but she hasn't done it for so long it was a bit of a milestone.

They just are such pretty girls. Quite right too - doors should be opened for elegant chow ladies.
