That made the snow look almost enjoyable.. LOL.. I know my chow loves the snow too, but Iam not so much a fan anymore, as I get older and have to shovel the stuff.. lol

Is this new snow??? Do you normally get it? Butters looked confused at first, and then the light bulb of the wonder of snow came on- it is water, but it is not wet. It is cold, always a plus. You can tunnel in it, and hunt snow faeries, and if you are thirsty, well, it is water but not wet! It looked pretty fluffy, but if you can make a snowball, he will love to chase it and kill it. Alas, fluffy snow requires you to grab a handful, and use your heat to melt it together. I can only make a few before my hands hurt. Maybe get the hubby to do it...

Last Friday Snow. We had a blizzard. Only snow this year (of any accumulation) We usually get more snow than we want. But not this year. So he may have been confused. Poor thing all that snow was gone the next day. He found one tiny mound left in the backyard and threw himself in it. mostly came up sad and muddy!!

LOL, very cute! I love the tunneling at the end! Carter loves the snow. We keep having ours melt and come back again. You can tell he loves it when it comes back, although we don't.

It is so amazing and funny how much our Chows love the snow.
Butters is such a beautiful boy!

I can't believe that you got so much in Texas.
We just got a ton over the last few days but that is expected and JR and Cheyenne, especially Cheyenne think that it is heaven to bury themselves in it.
Hopefully this is our last since it went up to 50 today

We have had a weird winter. It has been 70's and 80's since October. So the day after the snow it hit 70, the next day 75 and the day before the snow we were at 75. The weather here is always a little nutty!!

Butters played until the last drop of snow was gone. \:D/

A video is so much better than just a picture! It was cute to see Butters play in the snow, but what a big chow boy! He really is bigger than I imagined... I loved watching his fluffy tail wagging too. :D

The thing that amazed me, is how much he looks like Lily. Their coloring is very close, and they have the same coat lemgth, but Butters is almost triple Lily's size!
