Hello my fellow chow lovers!!! I know, I know, I've been MIA for a while now. Naomi and I are doing great!!! She is all grown up and such a little stink pot, but an amazing joy in my life. Never a day of regret for getting her. She was a little angel sent to me from above. And who can believe that it has almost been a year since my Precious earned her chow wings? Wow, time flies. Just a quick pic for you all to see how grown up Naomi is now. She is so serious in this photo, so I'll have to try to get another one of her on here soon of her smiling.

Good to see you and Miss Naomi are doing well. She is beautiful and looks happy. Has she seen the Colonel lately?

We had a great time meeting you and the other chows and owners last year. Wish we had somewhere to have another Southern Chow Fest. Any suitable dog parks in the Birmingham area? It was a good central location for many of us.

I have to ask.........what is a stink-pot? What qualifications must one have to be assigned such a label? Because Gordo is very gassy and passes gas often and perhaps we should give him the stink-pot term of endearment.

LOL! Well, for me it just means that she is spoiled rotten! Luckily Naomi does not seem to be gassy like my Precious was. Perhaps I should rethink that term of endearment. Maybe just brat would be appropriate for her. No, just kidding, my Naomi is not a brat. She is behaving very well these days and thankfully is grown out of most of her puppy energy. Whew! I forgot how active they are as a puppy. But I still get her on the tread mill as often as possible to burn off extra energy. She really enjoys it! I should put a picture/video of that on here sometime. It's hysterical, but she loves it! She usually runs 30 minutes at a time for about 2 miles or more.

That's awesome! The treadmill??? I didn't know people actually did that, although I do see Ceasur do it on his show sometimes. Paz would like that, but all we have is an elliptical and I doubt he will be able to do the elliptical! Paz still has his puppy energy at 8 months, but it's a pleasant cheerful type of thing, not ADHD type annoyance.

Thanks Leos' mom! Here a couple more of her outside. I love the full body shots of her, you get a better idea of how she has filled out. I can hardly believe she is a year and half already!





I love this one of her because this is how she stands when something captures her attention. Notice her left paw is up? Never saw my Precious do that? Wonder where she gets that from, you know whatever else she is mixed with?
