Vickie's beloved Kyra has crossed the Rainbow Bridge

Post by Mia »

Vickie's beloved Kyra has crossed the Rainbow Bridge

Vickie went through so much trying to help her with her illness.

Vickie has been the most amazing chow mama ever and gave Kyra a wonderful home and a ton of love - and Kyra has those wonderful memories to take to the bridge.

Our sorrow and our hearts are with you, Vickie.

Vicki,

Kyra was such a beautiful girl. She loved you so much, as I know she loved you.
She's running pain free now at the bridge and you'll be reunited with her one day.
My heart goes out to you and Kearra.

Run free sweet Kyra!

How sad. I didn't realize she was ill, other than her dysplasia. Kyra is free and zooming through fluffy snow at the bridge, scattering squirrels as she goes!

I know Kyra had been in a lot of pain and towards the end she had problems walking and couldn't run anymore. Vicki knew she was in pain however she didn't realize how much since chows hide it so well and through eyes filled with love, we always don't see the truth. Kyra had a wonderful life and was loved so much. She lived a full life in the short time she lived with VIcki. Vicki is still in so much pain, unfortuneatly many of us had to go through this as of late. Vicki really needs your support right now. Vicki did what many of us had to do, show our chows the ultimate sign of love, by letting them pass with dignity and ending the pain. Please don't question her motives, it is only hurting someone who is already experiencing pain.

Vicki,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. There is no greater act of love than to ease the journey to the other side. And nothing we do for our furkids is more difficult. God bless you for giving your Kyra that gift. She was so loved and she knows it. What a lucky chowling to find her forever home with you and your family. You have some beautiful memories that will eventually bring a smile rather than a tear, because she was such a special girl. Hold on to Kearra; it will help you both. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
