I noticed that you had sent a private message to someone on how to create a custom avatar... can you send me that information?

For custom avatars, simply submit a photo and I will add it to the member gallery under Avatars. The size must be 80x80 pixels and in JPG, GIF or PNG formats. You may submit a larger image and I will scale/crop it down to the correct size.
