General vs Community Forums

Hi,
Maybe I'm getting cranky...but is there a way to redirect non Chow related posts from the general forum to the community forum? The general forum was to be about Chow Chows but it has become a general bucket for any kind post

But I think that wherever those posts go has to be for MEMBERS ONLY (chow forum, not the jacket!) as many of the posts/thread are personal in nature.
