Hi. This is my first time on any chat line. I have a chow puppy that nipped a neighbour when he thought he was defending our home. The area we live in has a zero tolerance and we have to either find a new home for him asap or put him down. Is there anyone out the who knows a rescue group in Ontario Canada we can call?

goodness... ALL young puppies "playbite", "nip" etc. and explore their world with their mouth. Surely, puppies should be taught not to bite at a young age but if someone can't cut a baby some slack - what the heck is wrong with the world. Even with the best owners, the non chewing on people thing takes time
I hope the baby got a good home.
