chow in shelter in need of rescue

I am looking for a chow rescue located in New York. I have tried some in PA but received no response. We have a beautiful chow/husky mix named Mr. Bear who needs to be rescued. He has been at the shelter going on 2 months. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions.
