There is a black chow that has been at the back part of JACK'S hamburgers for approx 3 months now. People are feeding her breakfast, but she is starting to look rough. I don't want to call the pound, because they will put her to sleep. She is scared and I can only get about 5 feet away from her. I have contacted one rescue group and they decline to help. I have been leaving food and water by the dumpster. She seems bright enough to stay away from the main road. Is there any way some one here can come get her.....PLEASE....she is breaking my heart.
