Needs help to transport rescued chow

Hello All,

I had just placed my name against a chow in Pasadena ASPCA. The chow rescue gave me a contact who will pull the chow out of the center for me. But, I live in the east coast (state of Maine). Please, can someone help me or give me some directions as to how I can get this chow boy from California to Maine. I am really totally lost.

Please help!!!!

Just google pet transport and there are lots of companies that do that except for when the temp. is over 80 at either location.
