The dog has been rescued by a local rescue group!!

I live in Indianapolis and have been feeding a stray chow in the park for almost a week. He is not animal agressive but is fearful of people. I have not been able to get more than 25 ft close to him. He is a young male that has been neutered (I Think) and has been dumped in the park. He keeps looking for his owner. He is a beautiful dog. Can anyone help?

I don't believe there to be a chow rescue in that exact area.

\if you do manage to catch him, do you have a plan in place? what will you do?
