In need of foster in Illinois

I live in near Naperville, Illinios, and after 10 years we are being forced to move out of our rented townhouse. My sweet one year cinnamon, Bear, has been my companion thru many hardships within the last year, and I simply cannot believe we are having such a hard time finding somewhere to rent because of him. I have a disabled husband, three children, and I, myself have fibrmyalgia, so our income is very limited, which makes for narrow options.
