Good Home Wanted for Midwest Chow Chow

Hello, my name is Kyle Arnold and I am the owner of a beautiful pure bred chow named Schumi (named after F1 legend Michael Schumacher). I am currently trying to seek a chow rescue program close to me as I am going to have to give him up due to family reasons. I don't want to take him to a regular animal shelter and I have yet to find a no-kill shelter who can accept him due to space.
Schumi is a 3 year old pure bred blondish red chow. He is neutered. He is still kind of a puppyish dog. He is a little timid towards new people but loves to run all over in my large backyard. He gets a little jumpy when he knows someone and gets excited, but other than that he's great with kids. He's been around my daughter since she was born, but we haven't let him interact with her too much untill she was about 9 months. He hasn't really interacted with any other dogs since he was 1. He's never had any medical problems. He has all of his shot records up to date. I'd like to find a home for him as soon as possible. We live in St. Joseph, MO which is about 30 minutes north of Kansas City and an hour or less south of the Iowa border.
I really hope to find a good family for him. If anyone has any questions about adopting him or know of a good rescue center to take him to, you can email me or give me a call at (816) 261-5959 (cell).
