Well, I am very very sad... I am losing my best friend tomorrow. She is so sick.. she did seem to have a good day today though. I took her outside and put her on her leash and she walked around the house with me as hard as it was for her to do. We just built this house and moved within the last couple of months. Leading up to this, i would tell her .. "mom is taking you to a new house and you will have your own yard". I took her back in her yard and she did really well despite the heat, I did not want her outside that long. We took all kinds of pictures today and will do the same tomorrow morning.
All of your thoughts that you have sent me have really helped me get through this, I just love all of you, I really do! In one of the posts, someone sent me a poem called The Greatest Gift and that gave me peace with the decision.
I am going to treasure the night and the morning and keep my little chowgirl as comfortable as possible.
Thanks again to all of you..
Patti, Mrs. Tu, Kirby, Sophia and Maggie's mommy

Your post is heartbreaking and I know the pain you are feeling. Having lost Tara just a few short weeks ago, the pain is still there for me too.
Enjoy tonight and the time you have tomorrow. Many thoughts and prayers will be sent your way.
Hugs
Denise

My heart aches for you and your baby during this most difficult of times. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Here's hoping that my Kody and your baby meet up in Heaven and share stories about us as we do about them.

May God watch over you both. Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with you in this terrible time. Try to remember the wonderful joy you've both had over these years and know that she'll be waiting for you and any other chow kids at the Bridge...
