Nic Names

How many of you guys have other names for your chow babies? This might sound weird but Sadie's nic name is "cotton ball" cause she's soooo soft like cotton and well Jake's nic name is "tumble weed" he's kinda got wirey fur and he's just so dang care free like a rolling tumble weed in the wind.

By the way I got pictures of Jake in the swimming pool doing his rehab. It actually seems to be working. I'll get pics posted soon.

Well, Butters has so many nicknames it is a wonder that he knows his name.
1 Crazy Pants (because of his butt hair being all crazy, I read somewhere that they were called pants)
2 Flutter Butt (When he is excited, he doesn't just wag his tail, he flutters his entire back half, TOO CUTE)
3 My Little Monster ( I am sure you have heard his monster stories)
Those are just a few.

Glad to hear jake is swimming for his reahab. Hope it works.

LOL, what a great thread! I love tumbleweed as a nickname, tumbleweed is one of my favorite non-chow things.

Special is also cotton ball, smiley, fuzzy, fuzzy wuzzy, special chow, chow baby, smush pie, lionbear, biscuits (in honor of his biscuity chow breath

). I think that's all of them.

I cna't wait to see the pics of Jake, I'm glad the rehab is helping.

Jacks main nic name is "Buddha bear" John doesnt like it when i call him it. i think its cute

he also has, jack jack, jack black, fluffer butt, jacky wacky, and foofer.

We rarely actually call Tess "Tess", usually she is Tessie (we have Sophie, Maggie, and Tallie, so the "ie" is a common thing). We have also called her our little Piggy because of the snorting and grunting she does...and now because she has gained weight she is actually our little piggy. She also gets called Tessie-Bess and Rotten on a regular basis.

I call my chow missy, licky mikki, stinky, most times I call her Miss wiggle bum. She has a wiggle in her walk.
When I call the cats Phoebe and Max, Mikki comes arunning too.

I call Max-A-Million "Handsome Man" while my husband calls him "Dude".

For Mei-Mei, I call her "Purty Lady" (I heard a rapper say the words on a television commercial). My husband calls her "Missus".

When Mahayana was with us everyone called her "Your Highness".

Cinnamon has been called "pooh bear " so often she doesn't even respond to her real name. Cinnaminnaminnamon works sometimes.Cheyenne is sure her name is"who's my silly puppy" .

Hemi has a ton!, here are a few,
Hemisphere, Hemingway, Hemmers, Boo- Bear, Fluffer Butt,
And Cuda.
Zeus has fewer, but here they are
Zeusers, Zeusie, and i think if he had to add one i swear he'd think his name was "NO"
