Hello -- I'm a student...

Hello, all.

I'm doing a research paper about Chows. Actually, it's a comparison of research methods, but the research itself is on Chows.

My husband and I owned, bred, and raised Chows for years and years and the last of our babies went to doggie heaven on July 19. Sable was a cream, although all the others were reds. We decided to take a break from Chows and rescued a mixed breed. But there's absolutely nothing like a Chow, and all signs point to us getting a new puppy sometime soon. Maybe after Christmas.

I'm looking forward to reading all your postings and re-learning about young Chows. We had elderly Chows for so long that we've forgotten how much fun a puppy is. We won't go into the work part of for now.

Welcome and double welcome. :)

You are right, there is nothing like a Chow Chow and chowlings are such fun and don't even think about the work. :)
