Our first female, Kai, was a world class snorer!! When she was a puppy she sneezed while she was eating grass & got some up into her sinuses. The vet had to flush her sinuses to get the grass out & she snored from then on.
I have to agree with Breathless, it was kind of comforting.

Oh, yes...Chandler snored! It was just like having a man sleeping next to you, but I still had full control of the t.v. remote.
I too miss his snores. He was so very loud. :P

Cheyenne sounds like a freight train when she snores which is everytime she closes her eyes.

JR makes really loud sighes when he sleeps and snores here and there!

Snore! Snore - M & M can snore beautifull - in unison, in descant and even with different tunes!!
When Milly was a tiny chowling of just six weeks, we put her to sleep in a box in our bedroom and she snored - kept me awake for six weeks.
Just at the point I was thinking I was going to have to put her in the kitchen because I was exhausted, I woke up one morning to realise that I had slept through the night.
So from then onwards, I have gone to sleep with M & M's beautiful snores lulling me to sleep and if I wake before they do, their beautiful snores are the first things I hear.
Booooooooooooootiful!! :x :x

Rumour has it that the Coastal Services and Lifeguard stations use Pekoe's snores as a warning to shipping that land is nearby and HRH Pumkin was part of the Canadian Lighthouse system when she was alive. 8-} 8-}

So I think the answer is, "Yes", our chow chows snore!! :D

I have only heard Special seriously snore once before! I loved it, but I can say it would take some time getting used to if he slept in the room with us. I've heard him snore lightly a couple of times.

My husband snores his loud deep snore on the left and Kearra has her quicker little snore on the right interrupted by her sudden little puppy dream beeps from time to time......TOO CUTE!!! I'll never be able to sleep in silence again, it'll probably keep me wake :D :D

Probably sounds like some strange wild animal is sleepin' in our room!!

Leela falls asleep almost immediately upon hitting her bed after dinner...and snores. It kind of sounds like a deep, throaty grunt and my husband admits that he is often lulled to sleep in his chair listening to her!

Ming and Darkwind both snored, Firesong doesn't but she dreams a lot so she'll bark and chatter in her sleep. Dreamdancer has snored a couple of times. His muzzle is shorter than Firesong's, (so far) so I'm expecting he'll be a snore-er, (sp?)

My daughter talks, and does a long, low moaning sound, much like a long door creak. Quite amusing to hear. Back in the 70's, when kids didn't have cable or computers to entertain them my brother and I pulled a trick on our parents. Both mom and dad snored. We would tell them they snored, and they blamed the dog, my beloved BaBa who also was sinusly challenged (she snored to beat the band). Well, we took our tape recorder and made a tape of each of them snoring, with us waking them after as to identify the snorer! We even included BaBa. We didn't wake her, though (she was not much of a talker). The rents never put the blame on BaBa again. Poor mom and dad!

Kashoo snores in and out! Sounds like trying to start a lawnmower. I've gotten used to it. Now when he doesn't snore I worry.

Nope, no snoring from Riley. However, he does have what my husband calls puppy dreams. It almost sounds like a bark but its very, very low, more like loud breathing and will start moving his paws as if trying to run. Wonder what he's trying to chase...they are adorable!
