Chowchow Underweight!

Hello guys! just want to ask for advice on how to reach the ideal weight of my 3mons and 24 days chowchow..
Her weight is currently 7.7lbs which is supposed to be about 18lbs -20lbs.
im currently feeding here 6x a day of dry kibbles. 50grams per serving. with a total of 300grams of food daily.
