puppy chow chow shaved

hello i barely got a puppy. 2 months old and when we got him he was shaved on the side of his face and neck. because of a bite so the doctors shaved him. we were wondering if he will get his hair back. also he has a likeva shaved spot on his leg. looks like it was shaved it has hair but its really short so i was wondering what that was.
