Rescue puppy....rough or soft coat?

He's almost 8 weeks....rough or smooth? We got him from a Chow rescue.

Your baby looks like a rough to me. At 8 weeks their fur won't be so long yet but it will shag up in the twelve week mark

Your puppy is gorgeous. He will be a handsome chow...I believe a rough coat. so happy you considered a rescue...we have had three rescued chows
