Hello everyone,

Today I upgraded the forum software to the latest version. This brings the forum up to phpbb 3.1.5. Everything appears to have gone smoothly and looks like there are no issues. However, there might be things I'm not catching. If you notice anything that is broken or not working, please post here and I'll look into it as soon as possible. I'll make this a sticky topic for 5 days.

The moderator control panel no longer appears on my forum home page. Also, viewing on my smartphone as a guest, not using the TapTalk app, I can no longer see the latest posts on the forum to prompt me to take action (approve/disapprove etc.) My new private message notification says I have 2 new messages. However, when I open my inbox, there are no new messages. Just thought I'd share. Thanks for keeping the forum up to date, Terry!

Thanks, there are a few minor bugs like the one you mentioned. On the index it shows there is a message waiting for approval, yet there isn't. I'm trying to see if they can be resolved or if we need to wait for the next update. To access the moderator tools, you should see the MCP link in the top bar next to Quicklinks and FAQ. If not, let me know.

To illustrate, here's what I see as a guest on my smartphone, not using the TapTalk app. Did you notice this? Seems out of place: I put arrows next to what seems out of place, which is the Posted in "chows that need a home" reference.

I'm getting support from the phpBB team on some issues. I just ran a PM Update file that should have fixed the Private Message notification. Please check and let me know if it has been fixed for you.

Have run several processes and updates that have fixed the issues I was seeing. If anyone else is experiencing issues, please post them here and I'll look into it.

Nothing has changed. It's okay. Maybe I have an old PM I didn't open but responded to through its trail with a mod/moderators. I'll go through it soon and see if that is the cause. Thank you!

I'm still seeing that I have an unread message from 2014...
