Peeing

I have 3 and a half moths old rough female chow chow.Her name is Aika , i got her when she was just 40 days old.She was peeing on a dog diapers,everything was ok and now she got her vaccine so she can come out and now she is peeing outside on out balcony in my house and the biggest problem is when someone comes that she doesnt know or she hasnt seen me half a day she is unconsiously peeing from happines or if shes frightened.I repeat this is happening the last 10 days.And i think she is peeing too much lol

You need to teach her how not to get excited. Be still and calm when accepting visitors. Try to keep her busy when someone enters your home.
