My Chow having cow hock like hind legs

My chow is almost 3.5 years now and have always had cow hock like hind legs. Had the vet checked it during annual vaccination once was told it was no big deal and will likely grow out of it. Another year came by and it seems to be getting worst, She seems to limp occasionally when she stands up, doesn't seem to be in any pain though. I'm planning to visit another vet for a second opinion and would like to hear if anyone has similar experiences.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, except maybe describing very straight legs. My Shy has very messed up hind legs. Had patela luxation as a pup, had surgery and now her leg twists outward. Her legs are so straight that she appears double-jointed when she walks. Folks think she is in pain and I worried for a long time this was going to be a problem. Maybe someday it might but right now she is like lightening when she runs!!
