New baby
My new baby finally arrived from Russia yesterday. She's a total doll. So sweet and happy even after her long flight. She follows me, gives kisses and climbs in my lap. She's very respectful with my other chows. I adore her!

She is a beauty. She sits sideways, just like my Amber. Maybe its a Russian Chow thing. And i really hope that isnt the shipping box in the 1st pic.

Oh my goodness bring her here so I can hug her and squish her! She is adorable! I had to laugh at the wet neck in one of the pics. It looks like she will be like my Chloe and get all wet and then dribble and shake it everywhere with each drink. Congratulations! So tell me...do you have to teach her to speak English now? Hehe

Rory's dad: not the shipping box, that's my "coffee table" lol. This is my first house. I purchased it last year and am slowly working on furnishing it. What kennel did Amber come from?
Laura: yes she's a wet little piggy...so is my blue male. He does the exact same thing get wet and then shake all over you lol. I actually wonder if she understands anything I say lol.

Amber is from Eastway Chow's in Plymouth MA. They get most of their stock from Russia. Her sire is BAK MONTE WINTER CAPRICE and her dam is PURPL SHEYDES AVTORITETNAYA LICHNOST. Obviously, both Russian dogs.
Amber was also a wet chin dog as a pup. She mostly outgrew that.

Yes blue Jasmine and Eukeyo live with my mom a lot of the time. When I bought my own house (and moved out of my moms) Eukeyo was already 10 years old so I didn't want to uproot him. Then I didn't want him to be lonely when our other chow Esperanza died. So we got Blue Jasmine.

Of course I love taking pictures of them. In fact here are picture of Ledy's first bath. She was wonderful. No fighting. No crying.

Holy Moley! Ledy is HUGE! She will be as big as her Sire. They are the same age right? Or isn't Blue jasmine older?

I took Ledy to the vet at 12 weeks and she was 25 lbs. She is huge!

My Aireagon also came from that litter! He too was a huge wet chin, wet chest kinda boy - he has not totally outgrown it either. Welcome to the forum Cody's Angels. How is Aireagon doing? Would love to pass some info onto Natasha. We are both on the board of the New England Chow Chow Breeders Association. We don't agree on everything, but i love Amber's disposition and my other dog, Rory, is another Eastway product. He is great temperment too and 1 Major Show win away from being a CH dog. It's been work though, as not a lot of Chows showing in this area, particularly males.
