Jaspers' second grooming! (pics)

The big J got groomed again today. He smells and looks so pretty! They said he was a good boy. Maybe they say that to everyone, LOL. I didn't get any good pics of him last time, so this time I had my camera ready!

Loretta: "What happened to you? You smell like Poodle!"

Lucy: "DUDE, did you get your BUTT shaved?"

"Paw Paw, eat your heart out, baby!"

Oh my goodness!!! Jasper is soooooo handsome, and the gang looks so puzzled. I love the looks on all of their faces, the captions you gave the photos fit so well, and it looks like Jasper agrees with them!!

Jasper just gets better looking as time goes by. He sure looks happy and content, as well as nicely groomed.

Thanks! I love my groomer because they don't keep him all day. When we had a standard poodle as a kid, they kept the poor thing all day. Maybe it's different for poodles. I drop Jasper off at around 9-9:30 and get him back around 12 or 1. So, I don't have much to compare it to, but I think that's pretty good. I bring him in good condition - no mats, and I brush him 2-3X a week. He's about 95% dry when I get him back.

Yeah, that's pretty different from the Pibbles! We just bathe them when they get stinky and towel them off, and clip their nails (not often enough, I am afraid).

It's kind of fun to have a dog to pretty up, though. Kind of like a giant "my pretty pony" doll or something like that.

He looks great, love the bandana. Willow is so short when they put one on her she ends up stepping on it or getting it in her water bowl.
