Enjoy life
I am a scrapbooker, and have been in a creative funk, as of late. I got the urge to do some scrapbooking, so I just did a quick online page. No special reason. Just lolling and stretching...

Beautiful, Auddymay - photos, Chows and layout. I really should make a scrapbook for my dogs. I have so many photos of all my dogs from over the years. Being an artist I tend to have my camera close at hand and always loaded with film. My problem is that I procrastinate about getting it developed.

Thanks for the compliments! Oddly enough, I got a 'Picture It 99' CD with my first computer. A very basic photo design program. It has been "improved" by microsoft over the years, but in the newer versions, they eliminated the function I use most. That is MAKE MY OWN COLLAGE. I also belong to a scrapping site called 2 Peas in a Bucket, and they give a free digital scrapbooking collection every month, which is where the paper and elements come from. I also have files full of ephemera collected through the years. I should have just broken down and gotten a Photoshop program (still may), but until then, I'll keep plugging along, adding shadows and such the hard way!
For Jeff and Chris- TODAY'S WORD IS: Ephemera
e·phem·er·on ( P ) Pronunciation Key (-fm-rn)
n. pl. e·phem·er·a (-r-) or e·phem·er·ons
1. A short-lived thing.
2. Printed matter of passing interest.

That's a great page. I do some scrapbooking myself though nothing digital so far, I've started doing my cards digital though and with my new puppy should have some good pics to use as the months go by. (I'm hoping to get him to wear a pair of antlers long enough to snap a photo I can use for a C'Mas card this year.) I use photoshop elements 3, though 4 is now out. You might want to give it a try. The application has a lot of great features and they have a great user website and it's much less expensive than full blown photoshop. Keep those pages coming!
